CABIN # 1

     Cabin 1 is a 2 bedroom log cabin sleeps up to 6 and was built in the early 1950’s.  We continue to update as the need arises but strive to retain that rustic Mountain atmosphere.  The interior of the cabin is done in light knotty pine.  The great room has vaulted open beam ceilings with ceiling fan.  A glass sided corner walk-in shower has been added to the bathroom along with new tile flooring.  The great room has a double futon for extra guests.  Both bedrooms have double lodge pole beds.  The front door has been fitted with a “Security” Screen door with lock to let you leave your door open at night with maximum evening air flow.  The sounds of the Poudre River will lull you to sleep at night or provide a perfect backdrop for your gatherings around the open recessed fire pit.  Enjoy the views of the river from your bedroom windows.  Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are all provided as well as coffee pot, toaster and microwave, gas range and refrigerator.  Bathroom and bedroom linens are provided.  Satellite TV/VCR is in the great room with hundreds of movie titles available for rent at Our Country Store.  You will have easy parking in front of the cabin and no steps to navigate.
