     CABIN # 16 – PREMIUM – Upstairs on the river with deck. Gas BBQ grill, fireplace, satellite TV/VCR/DVD. 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. 2 double futons, 1 single futon. Can sleep 8+ people. $220.00 for 6 people.

     THE LODGE is a beautiful two story cabin with wonderful views of the Poudre River and the Majestic Rocky Mountains. This mountain home is perfect for a family reunion, meditative retreat or just a friendly get away from it all “get together”. The main floor is at ground level in the front with the downstairs being at ground level in the back, walking directly out to the Poudre River.

 Premium Satellite TV/VCR/DVD. The upstairs unit has a 27” TV and the downstairs has a 32” TV.
 2 FULL KITCHENS. Set up for cooking for a Crowd with oversized pans, bowls, coffee pots.
 2 BATH ROOMS. Main floor has a bathtub with shower and downstairs has a walk in shower.
 DECK AND STONE/CONCRETE PATIO. The upstairs has a large wooden deck overlooking the River. The downstairs exits out the back to your bi-level patio and hot tub extension.
 HOT TUB. The hot tub is on the bottom level, surrounded by accent stepping blocks. Steps from the upper level deck lead down to the hot tub area overlooking the Poudre River.
 BEDS TO SLEEP 15 or more people.
 SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE HOME.
 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.

$400.00 Per night for 15 people, $10.00 per person, per night for additional people. No Pets.
