Minimum Stay

Minimum stay requirements may apply. Late Check-out may be available for an additional fee.      Advance Deposit Requirements:
     Monthly Stay Rental Deposit – equal to 6 nights rent.
7 to 14 day Stay Deposit – equal to 2 nights rent.
6 day or less Stay Deposit – equal to 1 night rent.

All deposits are per cabin. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Guests are responsible for the number of days reserved.
Your advance deposit will be refunded if you notify us of your
cancellation at the following rate:30 days or more prior to
arrival date to receive 90 % refund of deposit.
29 to 15 days prior to arrival to receive 50 % refund of deposit.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival to receive 25 % refund of deposit.
6 to 0 days prior to arrival NO refund of deposit.

Sorry, no refunds for early departure. We do not overbook.
