PREMIUM TENT SITES, RV SITES, DAY USE RIVER PICNIC AREA

Seclusion, peace, tranquility! Our tent sites are on the Poudre River surrounded by majestic pines and aspen trees.
They are spaced for maximum privacy and yet close enough to enjoy socializing and easy camaraderie. The sites are
large enough for multiple tents or a large family tent. Each site has a recessed fire pit that qualifies for use even
when fire restrictions and fire bans are in force. Notice our "Fire station" # 1. The buckets are provided as an
encouragement to you to dip them into the river and thouroughly douse your campfires. There is no parking at the campsite.
We have a loading and unloading zone with parking provided to the east of the cabins. The river is a short walk across
foot bridges over a small canal to get to the tent sites. Bathrooms and shower are located at the Hot Tub area. Be sure
to pack your swimsuits! All of this to make your camping trip a pleasurable experience that you will want to repeat,
time and again. We are pet friendly, so please be a good neighbor and keep your pets on a leash and pick up after them.

Tent Sites
$34.00 per tent, per night based on 4 people. Additional $8.00 per person over 4 people. Children under the age of 6 are free.
Tent camping in designated areas only. Tent sites numbered 1 through 4. If in doubt, ask the office
Bath and Shower facilities available at the main building and through the door by hot tub.
 
RV Sites:
We are limited to 3 RV Sites. All have full hook-up and in close proximity to the river as well as Our Country Store
and Poudre Grille. We are in the process of adding a Pergola to each site for shade and gathering area for socializing
with other guests. You will have a recessed fire pit, concrete "Patio" Pad as well as the full hook-ups. Our sites are
pull-through to accommodate the larger rigs and spaced with room for double bump-outs. They are directly across from the
Hot Tub area and bathrooms. Be sure to pack your swimsuits.

RV Sites
$34.00 per night based on 4 people. Additional $8.00 per person over 4 people. Children under the age of 6 are free.
 

Cabins, RV Sites and Tent Sites
Pets welcome - Additional charge of $10.00 per pet per night in cabins, $5.00 per pet per night in R/V and Tent sites.

Pets must be kept on a leash and accompanied at all times, tying your pet outside alone is not permitted. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. You are also responsible for informing any guests in your cabin of these rules.

Additional charges will be assessed if these rules are violated.

Check in is at 2 P.M. with Check out at 12 Noon.

Hot Tub - Hours 7 am to 10 pm. Please observe posted rules.
Swimsuits are required, no cut-offs or t-shirts allowed.
